Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the KOK Wings and Things websites, mobile application, and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to place orders. Alcohol purchases require a valid government ID at pickup or delivery where permitted by law.

Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Orders, Pricing, Taxes, and Tips
Menu items, pricing, fees, taxes, and availability may change without notice. Orders are not final until accepted by KOK. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or inventory constraints.

Payments & Third-Party Providers (Toast)
Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Toast, Inc. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. KOK does not store full payment card numbers. Third-party terms may apply.

Pickup, Delivery, and Refunds
Estimated times are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes at pickup or delivery. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours. Subject to applicable law, refunds and credits are issued at our discretion.

Promotions, Loyalty, and Gift Cards
Promotional offers and loyalty benefits are subject to separate terms and may change or end at any time. Gift cards are subject to the terms provided at purchase and applicable law.

User Content & Reviews
If you submit reviews or other content, you grant KOK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Services. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including interfering with operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Services are owned by KOK or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOK AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KOK FOR THE ORDER AT ISSUE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KOK harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Third-Party Services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party services (such as Toast). KOK is not responsible for third-party services or their terms.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.
